Terms & Conditions - the basics
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") represent a legally binding agreement between you, the client or website visitor, and AJR Wellness, owned and operated by Alex, a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (LMBT, NC #21474). By visiting our website at www.ajrwellness.com or booking any of our services — including therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, or in-home massage — you agree to be bound by these terms.
These T&C are designed to protect both you as a client and AJR Wellness as a service provider. They establish clear expectations around booking, payment, cancellations, and the nature of the services offered. Massage therapy is a professional health and wellness service, and these terms reflect the standards and responsibilities that come with that.
